The invention relates to a cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube prestressed corrugated web composite beam and a construction method, which are suitable for a large-span steel frame structure system, and comprise an upper flange cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube, a middle corrugated web and a lower flange cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube. A cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube prestress corrugated web composite beam comprises an upper flange cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube (1), a middle corrugated web (2) and a lower flange cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube (3), and the corrugated web (3) is arranged between the upper flange cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube (1) and the lower flange cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel tube (2). The large-span steel structure system has excellent stress performance such as high bearing capacity and high rigidity, and particularly has the advantages of light self weight, high bearing capacity, large span and the like for a large-span steel structure system.
