The invention provides an industrial plant roof base hole leakage-proof reinforcing method which comprises the steps that a base is repaired and polished, residual aged parts on the periphery of the base are cleaned, a base layer is leveled and repaired, and rust damage parts are polished; a rainwater flow divider is installed, and the rainwater flow divider is installed according to the water flowing direction; and constructing a waterproof layer, coating a film by adopting a three-coating and one-cloth method, and then checking and protecting the film coating position of the base. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages that construction is convenient, economical and reasonable, original waterproof measures are reserved, meanwhile, reinforcement is conducted through a new treatment material, the leakage damage of the roof is more effectively prevented, bonding is firm, the low-temperature bending performance is good, the material has durability and ultraviolet resistance outdoors, and the service life of the material is prolonged. And the method is particularly suitable for coastal areas with high acid-base corrosion degree, so that the service life of the base and the roof is prolonged.
