The photovoltaic reinforcing system comprises an original roof steel beam, a plurality of truss column foot assemblies are arranged on the original roof steel beam side by side, the upper end portions of the truss column assemblies are connected with truss upper portions, the truss upper portions are parallel to the original roof steel beam, and the truss upper portions are connected with the original roof steel beam through truss column feet. An original roof steel beam serves as a truss lower chord to form a combined structure. Reinforcing treatment is conducted on the outer side of the roof, and shutdown and production stopping are not needed; by means of the newly-added photovoltaic panels and assemblies thereof, two waterproof layers are formed, and the problem that the waterproof performance of an original old roof is insufficient is effectively solved. A light customized framework is used, the steel consumption is reduced, installation is easy, and modular installation can be achieved. Compared with a traditional photovoltaic reinforcing mode, the photovoltaic reinforcing system of the combined truss type structure has the advantages that the steel consumption is reduced, the labor cost is reduced, and the cost performance is high.
本发明涉及一种老旧厂房屋面的光伏加固系统,包括原屋面钢梁,原屋面钢梁上并列设置有若干个桁架柱脚组件,桁架柱组件的上端部连接有桁架上部,桁架上部与原屋面钢梁平行,且桁架上部通过桁架柱脚与原屋面钢梁相连,将原屋面钢梁作为桁架下弦,形成组合结构。本发明在屋面外侧进行加固处理,无需停工停产;利用新增光伏面板及其组件,形成二道防水,有效的解决原有老旧屋面的防水性能不足问题。用轻型定制骨架,用钢量省,且安装简单,可实现模数化安装。本发明相较于传统加固光伏方式,该组合桁架式结构光伏加固系统,降低用钢量,减少人力成本,极具性价比。
