Tile paving structure and paving method
The invention relates to a ceramic tile paving structure and a paving method. The paving structure comprises a connecting shaft, two sets of adjustable main rod frames arranged on the connecting shaft in a sleeving mode, a fixing frame arranged on the connecting shaft in a sleeving mode and located on the inner sides of the main rod frames, and universal wheels installed at the bottom of the fixing frame. The ceramic tile suction cup is fixed to the bottom of the main rod frame and close to one side of the connecting shaft, and the adjusting assembly is arranged on the other side of the main rod frame. According to the ceramic tile paving structure, to-be-paved ceramic tiles are sucked through the ceramic tile suction cups and the adjusting suction cups, then the main rod frame is turned over to abut against the wall face, cement mortar is conveniently smeared, finally, the ceramic tiles are paved to the to-be-paved place, the risk that the ceramic tiles fall off in the transferring process is avoided, the paving efficiency is improved, and after the ceramic tiles are paved, the paving efficiency is improved. The distance between two adjacent ceramic tiles can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the two sets of distance adjusting plates, reworking and re-paving are not needed, and the paving effect of the ceramic tiles is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种瓷砖铺贴结构及铺贴方法,其中铺贴结构包括:连接轴、套设在所述连接轴上且可调节的两组主杆架、套设在所述连接轴上且位于主杆架内侧的固定架、安装在所述固定架底部的万向轮、固定在所述主杆架底部且靠近连接轴一侧的瓷砖吸盘以及设置在所述主杆架另一侧的调节组件;本发明瓷砖铺贴结构通过瓷砖吸盘和调节吸盘吸取待铺贴的瓷砖,而后将主杆架翻转抵靠在墙面上,方便水泥砂浆的涂抹,最后将瓷砖铺贴在待铺贴的地方,瓷砖在转移过程中不存在摔落的风险,提高了铺贴效率,瓷砖铺贴完成之后,可以通过调节两组调距板之间的距离,来调节相邻两块瓷砖之间的间距,无需返工重新铺贴,保证了瓷砖的铺贴效果。
