The invention provides an externally-bonded carbon fiber reinforcing method, and belongs to the technical field of old house reinforcing, the method comprises the following steps: step 1, according to the actual conditions of a construction site and reinforced member concrete, carrying out bonding, paying-off and positioning according to a drawing, determining a reinforcing part and a reinforcing range, and processing a concrete structure on the upper surface of a floor; 2, the corresponding positions are coated with prime paint; 3, carbon fiber cloth is pasted on the prime paint; 4, the pasted carbon fiber cloth is subjected to maintenance treatment; and 5, the pasted carbon fiber cloth is checked and accepted, and reinforcement is completed. The carbon fibers are bonded, so that the thickness of the floor slab does not need to be increased, steel bars and concrete structures of the floor slab do not need to be changed, transverse tension can be achieved, the overall vertical supporting force of the floor slab can be ensured, the cracked floor slab is rapidly reinforced, and later continuous cracking is avoided.
本发明提供一种外粘碳纤维加固方法,属于老旧房屋加固技术领域,所述方法包括如下步骤:步骤1:根据施工现场和被加固构件混凝土的实际情况,依图进行粘贴放线定位,明确加固部位及范围,对楼板上表面混凝土结构处理;步骤2:在相应的位置上涂刷底层涂料;步骤3:在底层涂料上粘贴碳纤维布;步骤4:对粘贴的碳纤维布进行养护处理;步骤5:对粘贴的碳纤维布进行验收,完成加固。本发明粘碳纤维即可以不用增加楼板的厚度,也不用改变楼板的钢筋和混凝土结构,即能够实现横向的拉力,又能确保楼板整体竖向的支撑力,实现快速加固裂缝楼板,避免后期继续开裂。
