Wherein the outer side combined boundary beam structure and the middle layer combined boundary beam structure jointly form a steel frame structure system. The outer side combined boundary beam comprises a square steel column and H-shaped steel, and the joint of the steel column and the H-shaped steel is covered and fixed by a steel cover plate; the middle-layer combined boundary beam structure comprises a square steel column and channel steel; the steel structure modular box-type house manufactured through the method serves as a prefabricated part combination, the overall section is an I-shaped steel beam, the upper face and the lower face have the high bending force bearing effect, and the middle steel frame structure has the high shearing force bearing effect.
