The invention discloses a slewing bearing lubricating grease filling device and method and an excavator. The slewing bearing lubricating grease filling device comprises N pressure sensors, a lubricating block, M lubricating pipes, a pump and a controller. Each pressure sensor is communicated with a roller path on the slewing bearing, at least one pressure sensor is arranged between adjacent filling ports on the slewing bearing, and each filling port is communicated with the roller path; one end of the lubricating block is connected with the pump, the other end of the lubricating block is connected with one end of each lubricating pipe, the other end of each lubricating pipe is communicated with a corresponding filling hole in the revolving platform, and each filling hole in the revolving platform is communicated with a corresponding filling port in the slewing bearing; the input end of the controller is connected with the output ends of the pressure sensors, the output end of the controller is connected with the pump, and the controller controls the running state of the pump based on pressure signals output by the pressure sensors and a preset lubricating grease filling strategy. The lubricating grease filling device can ensure proper amount of lubricating grease filling of the slewing bearing, and waste caused by excessive overflow or abnormal wear of the slewing bearing caused by insufficient filling can be avoided.
