The invention discloses silica fume foamed geopolymer concrete. The silica fume foamed geopolymer concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 25 to 40 parts of mine fine tail mud, 25 to 40 parts of metakaolin, 15 to 25 parts of mineral powder, 5 to 15 parts of silica fume, 0.03 to 1.00 parts of silicon, 3 to 6 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.05 to 0.15 part of welan gum and 45 to 60 parts of water. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the silica fume foamed geopolymer concrete. The preparation method of the silica fume foamed geopolymer concrete comprises the following steps: placing the foamed geopolymer slurry in an oven at 60-80 DEG C for standing and foaming. The preparation method is simple, comprehensive utilization of mine fine tail mud, mineral powder, silica fume and other wastes can be realized, and the prepared foam geopolymer concrete has the advantages of uniform pores, high percentage of close area, high strength, light weight, low heat conductivity coefficient and good waterproofness, and has a good application prospect.
