The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a method for preparing a low-carbon stone-like brick through gradient utilization of construction waste. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, sieving construction waste to obtain construction waste coarse aggregate, construction waste fine aggregate and construction waste powder; then mixing one part of the construction waste powder with cement, blast furnace slag, red mud, desulfurized gypsum and water, and granulating to obtain unfired ceramsite coarse aggregate; then the construction waste coarse aggregate, the construction waste fine aggregate, the construction waste powder and the unfired ceramsite coarse aggregate are mixed with cement, iron tailings and water through model grading, and the low-carbon stone-like brick is prepared through normal-temperature static pressure forming. The construction waste is subjected to gradient utilization in two steps, the utilization rate of construction waste powder can be greatly increased, the purpose of high-value utilization of solid waste can be achieved, the whole production process of the stone-like brick is low in carbon emission and low in energy consumption, the prepared stone-like brick has good mechanical properties, and the compressive strength can reach 80 MPa.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑垃圾梯级利用制备低碳仿石砖的方法。本发明首先对建筑垃圾进行过筛得到建筑垃圾粗骨料、建筑垃圾细骨料和建筑垃圾粉料,再将一部分建筑垃圾粉料与水泥、高炉渣、赤泥、脱硫石膏和水混合造粒得到免烧陶粒粗骨料;然后将建筑垃圾粗骨料、建筑垃圾细骨料、建筑垃圾粉料、免烧陶粒粗骨料与水泥、铁尾矿和水经模型级配混合,通过常温静压成型制备低碳仿石砖。本发明将建筑垃圾分两步进行梯级利用,既可以大幅提高建筑垃圾粉料的利用率,还能达到固废高值化利用的目的,仿石砖的整个生产过程碳排放量低、能耗低,且制成的仿石砖具有良好的力学性能,抗压强度能达到80MPa。
