The invention relates to a compaction degree measuring method and a pavement lossless compaction degree measuring device.The pavement lossless compaction degree measuring device comprises a center hammer and an annular hammer, the bottom of the center hammer is provided with a center impact part used for being in contact impact fit with a pavement, and the bottom of the annular hammer is provided with a peripheral impact part used for being in contact impact fit with the pavement; the peripheral impact part is of an annular structure located on the periphery of the center impact part, and the impact driving mechanism is used for driving the center impact part and the peripheral impact part to impact the road surface at the same time. The technical problem that in the prior art, the compaction degree measurement labor intensity is large due to the fact that pit digging, sand filling and sand collecting need to be conducted on the road surface is solved; the invention further provides a compaction degree measuring method using the pavement lossless compaction degree measuring device.
