The device comprises a rack, the pile pressing device comprises a vertical guide rail arranged on the machine frame, a lifting frame ascending and descending along the vertical guide rail, a lifting executing mechanism used for driving the lifting frame to move up and down along the vertical guide rail, and a precast concrete sheet pile vertical fixing device arranged on the lifting frame. The prefabricated concrete sheet pile vertical fixing device is used for fixing a prefabricated concrete sheet pile; and the clamping device is arranged on the rack, located under the prefabricated concrete sheet pile vertical fixing device and used for clamping the prefabricated concrete sheet pile.
