The invention provides a flow-state solidified soil bearing platform structure which comprises a bearing platform and a detachable template which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the bearing platform comprises an upper reinforcement layer, a middle truss structure, a lower reinforcement layer and a flow-state solidified soil pouring body, the upper reinforcement layer, the middle truss structure, the lower reinforcement layer and the flow-state solidified soil pouring body are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the space between the middle truss structure and the detachable template is filled with EPS geofoam; cement mixing pile groups; and a bearing layer. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the flow-state solidified soil bearing platform structure. The bearing platform and the cement mixing pile group are arranged on the bearing layer, and are matched with the EPS geofoam and the detachable formwork to pour and fill the flow state solidified soil, so that the problem that an existing soft soil roadbed reinforcing technology cannot be suitable for high-water-content soft stratum construction is effectively solved, the bearing capacity and the stability are improved, continuous maintenance and construction are not needed, and the construction cost is reduced. Meanwhile, a high-water-content sludge layer is not treated, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
