The invention relates to a high-fatigue-resistance self-resetting buckling restrained brace which comprises a brace inner core containing a FeSMA energy consumption section, an assembly type restraining sleeve, a pre-pressing disc spring three-section tooth groove plate, a box-shaped elastic connecting section and a joint area. Compared with the prior art, energy dissipation and shock absorption of small-medium-large earthquakes can be achieved, even after the large earthquakes, the low-cycle fatigue resistance performance still meets the existing energy dissipation and shock absorption technical standard, and replacement is not needed; supporting axial prestressed tendons do not need to be adopted, so that the installation and maintenance difficulty is reduced; and the reset assembly is externally arranged, so that post-earthquake observation and maintenance are convenient.
本发明涉及一种高抗疲劳自复位屈曲约束支撑,包括含FeSMA耗能段的支撑内芯、装配式的约束套筒、预压碟簧三段齿槽板、箱形弹性连接段、节点区。与现有技术方案相比,本发明可实现小‑中‑大震均消能减震甚至大震后抗低周疲劳性能仍然满足现行消能减震技术标准而无需更换;不需要采用支撑轴向预应力筋,降低了安装和维护难度;复位组件外置,震后观测和检修方便。
