The invention discloses an inter-column shear wall reinforcing system for a fabricated formwork and a construction method.The inter-column shear wall reinforcing system comprises a horizontal reinforcing device and an oblique straightening device, and the horizontal reinforcing device comprises a back ridge assembly, a horizontal connecting assembly and a corner connecting assembly; the back ridge assemblies are provided with a plurality of connecting pieces and can rotate relative to the horizontal connecting assemblies to stretch out or retract, the two ends of the corner connecting assemblies are connected with the connecting pieces which are not located on the back ridge assemblies on the same plane respectively, and the oblique straightening devices are located on the side face of the wall body and connected with the connecting pieces on the back ridge assemblies. Vertical supporting is formed for the wall by adjusting the length of the inclined straightening device, the inclined straightening device has two different forms, and the inclined straightening device can flexibly adapt to shear wall pouring under the floor pouring condition and the non-pouring condition. According to the scheme, the rapid connection reinforcing system of the embracing columns is adopted, rapid connection in the right-angle direction and the horizontal direction can be provided, meanwhile, the inclined straightening device can use the poured wall on the lower layer to form a string type supporting form, and the defect that the shear wall between the columns is limited by the floor pouring speed can be overcome.
本发明公开了一种面向装配式模板的柱间剪力墙加固系统及施工方法,包括水平加固装置及斜向调直装置,水平加固装置包括背楞组件,水平连接组件及角部连接组件,背楞组件上有若干连接件且可相对水平连接组件转动进行伸出或收回,角部连接组件两端分别连接不处于同一平面背楞组件上的连接件,斜向调直装置位于墙体的侧面且与背楞组件上的连接件连接,通过调节其长度对墙体形成垂向支撑,斜向调直装置有两种不同形态,可以灵活适应楼板浇筑及未浇筑条件的剪力墙浇筑。本方案通过采用抱柱的快速连接加固系统,其可提供直角及水平向的快速连接,同时斜向调直装置可利用下层已浇筑墙体,形成张弦式支撑形式,可弥补柱间剪力墙受限于楼板浇筑速度的不足。
