The invention discloses a force-adjustable hidden upturning supporting device and an upturning door storage cabinet. The force-adjustable hidden upturning supporting device comprises an outer shell, an inner shell, and an adjusting mechanism, a spring assembly, a supporting arm and a connecting rod mechanism which are assembled on the inner side of the inner shell; the outer shell and the inner shell are both in a straight strip shape, the outer shell is used for being installed on the edge of the front end of a side plate of a cabinet body, and the inner shell is installed in the outer shell; the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting screw rod and an operating rod; the spring assembly comprises a lower sliding seat, a spring and an upper sliding seat, and the lower sliding seat is provided with an adjusting screw hole and is in threaded fit with the adjusting screw rod through the adjusting screw hole; the bottom end of the supporting arm is hinged to the upper sliding base, the top end of the supporting arm is hinged to a first connecting rod of the connecting rod mechanism, and the supporting arm is provided with a buffer. Through holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the inner shell and the outer shell, and a containing opening is formed. The hidden upturning supporting device with the adjustable force does not occupy the space in a cabinet and does not increase the width of the cabinet, and the connecting rod mechanism can be hidden when the door is closed, so that the attractiveness of the cabinet is maintained.
