The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that one end of an optical fiber is arranged on a mold in a penetrating mode, and the other end of the optical fiber is arranged in a pipe body in a penetrating mode; concrete is poured into the mold; and demolding. According to the technical scheme, one end of the optical fiber is arranged on the mold in a penetrating mode, the other end of the optical fiber is arranged in the pipe body in a penetrating mode, pouring is directly conducted on the mold, and the optical fiber and the brick body which are integrated are formed through pouring; for the cast brick body, one end of the optical fiber can be exposed on the outer surface of the brick body, that is, output of bright spots is achieved, and the other end of the optical fiber penetrates into the pipe body and is used for being externally connected with a power source. The problems that in the existing concrete light-transmitting brick installation process, a reserved groove needs to be built for installing a lamp belt, so that cost is high, working procedures are tedious, and maintenance is difficult are solved.
本发明公开一种光纤星空灯步道砖的制作方法及道砖,包括以下步骤:光纤丝一端穿设在模具上,另一端穿设在管体内;混凝土浇筑至模具内;脱模。本发明的技术方案通过将光纤丝的一端穿设在模具上,并将另一端穿设在管体内,直接对模具进行浇筑,浇筑成一体化的光纤线和砖体;浇筑后的砖体,光纤丝的一端能够裸露在砖体的外表面,也即实现亮点的输出,另一端穿设在管体内,用于外接电源;解决了现有的混凝土透光砖安装过程中需要搭建预留沟槽安装灯带造成的高成本工序繁琐维修困难等问题。
