Unfired gamma-C2S phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an unfired gamma-C2S phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 43 to 68 percent of phosphogypsum, 12 to 28 percent of gamma-C2S, 5 to 10 percent of fly ash, 5 to 10 percent of mineral powder, 3 to 6 percent of red mud powder, 1 to 3 percent of sodium metaaluminate and 5 to 7 percent of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, stirring and mixing weighed phosphogypsum, gamma-C2S, mineral powder, fly ash, red mud powder, sodium metaaluminate and water; carrying out step-by-step pressing, crushing, rounding treatment and screening to obtain an aggregate coarse blank; and finally, curing in saturated lime water. The gamma-C2S ardealite lightweight aggregate obtained by the invention has the advantages of lower dead weight and high strength, can realize high-added-value resource utilization of industrial wastes such as ardealite and the like, and has remarkable environmental and economic benefits.
