The invention relates to an electric heating expansion and vitrification method for perlite, which can effectively solve the problems of complex process, poor energy utilization rate and low heat transfer rate caused by the traditional heat transfer and flow mode of preheating, heating, expansion and vitrification. The perlite particles sink and flow in the perlite electric heating expansion vitrification device by virtue of gravity, are gradually preheated and dehydrated in the material preheater, are heated and expanded and vitrified at a controlled temperature in the material electric heater, and are rapidly cooled in the material cooler to form vitrified micro beads; and finally, the gas is fed into a mesh bag type material collecting device through a material blowing device under the action of blowing air, so that the gas is separated from the vitrified micro bubbles, and the collection of the vitrified micro bubble products is completed. According to the invention, the energy-saving and environment-friendly requirements on the expansion and vitrification process can be met, and the method is an innovation on the traditional technological process and equipment for heating the perlite to expand and form the vitrified micro-beads by virtue of fuel combustion heat release.
本发明涉及珍珠岩电加热膨胀玻化方法,可有效解决传统的预热、加热、膨胀与玻化的传热与流动模式导致的工艺复杂、能源利用率差、传热速率低的问题,其解决的技术方案是,利用珍珠岩电加热膨胀玻化装置使得珍珠岩颗粒在其中借重力下沉流动,并逐步在物料预热器中完成预热脱水、在物料电加热器中加热膨胀与控温玻化、以及在物料冷却器中快速冷却形成玻化微珠,最后经物料吹送装置在吹送风作用下送入网袋式物料收集装置实现气体与玻化微珠的分离,完成对玻化微珠产品的收集;本发明能达到对膨胀与玻化过程的节能与环保的要求,是对传统的以燃料燃烧释热对珍珠岩加热而使之膨胀并形成玻化微珠的工艺流程及设备上的创新。
