Dual-noise-reduction asphalt pavement mixture and design method
The invention relates to a dual-noise-reduction asphalt pavement mixture which comprises 6-8 parts of matrix asphalt or SBS modified asphalt, 0.5-3 parts of a binary elastic noise-reduction particle composite modifier, 92-96 parts of stone and 4-8 parts of mineral powder. The invention also relates to a design method of the dual-noise-reduction asphalt pavement mixture. The design method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting an asphalt label for the corresponding asphalt pavement mixture according to environmental parameters; s2, determining the paving thickness of the asphalt pavement mixture; s3, selecting the nominal maximum particle size according to the pavement thickness of the asphalt pavement mixture; s4, determining mineral aggregate gradation; s5, determining the optimal amount of asphalt; and S6, completing design and preparation of the dual-noise-reduction asphalt mixture. The dual-noise-reduction asphalt pavement mixture disclosed by the invention can effectively reduce noise, greatly improve durability and overcome the defect that a large-gap mixture is easy to drop particles; the resonance effect between the tire and the road surface is reduced, and the dual noise reduction effect is achieved; meanwhile, a testing method of the semi-open grading void ratio is provided, errors are reduced, and the testing accuracy is improved.
