The invention relates to the technical field of pavement materials, and particularly discloses a low-noise asphalt pavement mixture and a low-noise pavement construction method. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of modified asphalt, 120-170 parts of aggregate, 2-4 parts of water, 3-7 parts of filler, 3-8 parts of rubber particles and 0.05-0.1 part of a stabilizer, the gradation of the aggregate is as follows: 100% of particles passing through a 16 mm mesh sieve, 85-100% of particles passing through a 13.2 mm mesh sieve, 55-75% of particles passing through a 9.5 mm mesh sieve, 11-26% of particles passing through a 4.75 mm mesh sieve, 6-11% of particles passing through a 2.36 mm mesh sieve and 2-4% of particles passing through a 0.075 mm mesh sieve; and the mesh degree of the rubber particles is 4-30 meshes. The basic performance of the asphalt mixture is improved, meanwhile, the damping sound absorption capacity of the asphalt pavement is remarkably improved, and the noise of the asphalt pavement is reduced.
