The invention discloses premixed concrete taking hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride as a main chelating agent, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 14.9 percent to 38.9 percent of cement, 0 to 21.9 percent of admixture, 32.1 percent to 71.7 percent of machine-made sand, 0 to 45.7 percent of coarse aggregate, 0.0073 percent to 0.011 percent of chelating agent, 0.3 percent to 0.53 percent of water reducing agent and water, the chelating agent accounts for the weight percentage of the sum of the cement and the admixture, the chelating agent is hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride, and sodium polyacrylate or amino trimethylene phosphonic acid is also added into the chelating agent. The chelating agent is applied to the premixed concrete, the working performance of the concrete is improved, the viscosity of a concrete mixture can be reduced, the rheological property is enhanced, the proportion of coarse aggregate is increased, and the chelating agent has positive significance on development of the premixed concrete.
本发明公开了一种以水解聚马来酸酐为主要螯合剂的预拌混凝土,按照重量百分数记,包括以下各组份:水泥14.9%‑38.9%、掺合料0‑21.9%、机制砂32.1%‑71.7%、粗骨料0‑45.7%、螯合剂0.0073%‑0.011%、减水剂0.3%‑0.53%和水;所述螯合剂的占比为占水泥和掺合料总和的重量百分数,所述螯合剂为水解聚马来酸酐,所述螯合剂中还添加聚丙烯酸钠或氨基三甲叉膦酸。本发明将螯合剂应用于预拌混凝土,提高混凝土工作性能,可以使混凝土拌合物的粘度降低,流变性增强,粗骨料比例提高,对预拌混凝土的发展有积极意义。
