Backfill material based on high-flow-state silt with sand and preparation method and application of backfill material
The invention provides a backfill material based on sand-carrying high-flow-state silt. The backfill material comprises sand-carrying silt, cement, anionic sodium polyalkyl benzene sulfonate and water. As the specific surface area of the silty soil with sand is small, the internal friction angle is small, and the particle-water-electricity action system is weak; when the particles are in contact with water molecules, combined water films are less, and the particles show high flow regime after meeting water; and the anionic sodium polyalkyl benzene sulfonate is doped, so that the cohesive force and the internal friction angle of the sandy silt are further reduced, and the flowability of the backfill material is effectively improved on the premise of ensuring the strength. The prepared backfill material with controllable strength has good flowability, self-compaction property and higher unconfined compressive strength, can effectively backfill narrow areas of trench pipes which are not easy to compact, meets the service requirements of backfill materials in flying areas, reduces the cost on the premise of ensuring the performance, and has higher economic value; and waste soil accumulated by excavation is recycled, so that the method has relatively high social and environmental benefits.
本发明提供一种基于带砂高流态粉土的回填材料,该回填材料包括:带砂粉土、水泥、阴离子多烷基苯磺酸钠以及水。由于带砂粉土的比表面积小、内摩擦角较小、颗粒‑水‑电作用系统较弱;当颗粒与水分子接触时结合水膜较少,遇水后呈现出高流态性;阴离子多烷基苯磺酸钠的掺入,进一步降低了带砂粉土的粘聚力和内摩擦角,在保证强度的前提下有效提高了回填材料的流动性。制备的强度可控回填材料,具有良好的流动性、自密实性和较高的无侧限抗压强度,能够对不易压实的沟管狭窄区域进行有效的回填,满足飞行区回填材料的服役要求,在保证性能的前提下,降低了成本,具有较高的经济价值;且循环利用了开挖堆积的废弃土,具有较高的社会与环境效益。
