Graded basalt fiber-based high-performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses graded basalt fiber-based high-performance concrete which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 297 to 306 parts of Portland cement, 42 to 87 parts of fly ash, 42 to 87 parts of silica fume, 65 to 79 parts of quartz powder, 348 to 370 parts of quartz sand and 8 to 9 parts of a water reducing agent. 96 to 119 parts of water; 22 to 23 parts of basalt fiber. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the graded basalt fiber-based high-performance concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, carrying out dry stirring and slow stirring on the cementing material for 120 seconds; 2, adding a water reducing agent, and slowly stirring for 30 seconds; 3, adding water, and slowly stirring for 120 seconds; 4, adding the quartz powder and the quartz sand, slowly stirring for 60 seconds, and then quickly stirring for 120 seconds; and 5, adding fibers, slowly stirring for 60 seconds, and quickly stirring for 120 seconds. The basalt fiber is used for replacing polyvinyl alcohol fiber, the cost is saved, meanwhile, through the hybrid fiber, the overall performance of the ultra-high performance concrete is improved, and the ultra-high performance concrete has good social, economic and environmental benefits.
