The invention relates to the technical field of ardealite, and discloses an ardealite building material, a preparation method thereof and a wallboard prepared from the ardealite building material in order to solve the problems that an existing ardealite building material can only be used for walls of some base materials or some scenes, namely, the application range is narrow, and the generalization performance is poor. The ardealite building material is prepared from 400 to 450 parts of ardealite, 12 to 35 parts of hydrophilic modified polystyrene, 10 to 20 parts of fluorine-containing nano TiO2, 10 to 25 parts of rigid fiber, 3 to 10 parts of white cement, 2 to 10 parts of cellulose ether, 2 to 10 parts of polyethylene glycol and 0.5 to 5 parts of retarder. Wherein the hydrophilic modified polystyrene comprises crosslinked polystyrene, organic alkali, carbon black and/or graphene and paraffin. According to the ardealite building material disclosed by the invention, the composition and the structure of the raw materials are controlled, so that the prepared ardealite building material can keep long-acting stability under the effects of heat preservation and sound insulation, and is suitable for special-shaped walls with different shapes.
本发明涉及磷石膏技术领域,针对现有的磷石膏建筑材料仅能针对某些基材或某些场景的墙体使用,即适用范围窄、推广性差的问题,公开了一种磷石膏建筑材料及其制备方法、由其制备得到的墙板,按重量份数计,所述磷石膏建筑材料包括磷石膏400‑450份、亲水改性聚苯乙烯12‑35份、含氟纳米TiO210‑20份、刚性纤维10‑25份、白水泥3‑10份、纤维素醚2‑10份、聚乙二醇2‑10份、缓凝剂0.5‑5份;其中,亲水改性聚苯乙烯包括交联聚苯乙烯、有机碱、炭黑和/或石墨烯、石蜡。本发明的磷石膏建筑材料通过控制原料的组成和结构,使得制备得到的磷石膏建筑材料在保温、隔声的作用下,能够保持长效的稳定性,且适用于不同外形的异形墙体。
