The invention discloses a porous thermal insulation concrete material based on solid waste comprehensive utilization recycled aggregate, which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 60 to 80 parts of solid waste comprehensive utilization recycled aggregate, 5 to 10 parts of phase change materials, 80 to 100 parts of machine-made sand, 3 to 6 parts of coconut fiber, 2 to 7 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and 5 to 10 parts of nanometer silicon dioxide. The phase change material is an expanded vermiculite encapsulated capric acid composite material, and the mass ratio of expanded vermiculite to capric acid is 1: (0.5-0.8); the solid waste comprehensive utilization recycled aggregate is a mixture of tailings, waste perlite particles and EPS particles; the mass ratio of the tailings to the waste perlite particles to the EPS particles is 8: 2: (0.01-0.03). The concrete material provided by the invention not only has good thermal insulation performance, but also has excellent mechanical properties.
