The device comprises a headstock, a heating machine, a milling machine and a remixer which are sequentially connected, and further comprises a cleaning vehicle detachably arranged in front of the headstock, a cleaning frame is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning vehicle, and a containing cavity used for containing the cleaning frame is formed in the bottom of the cleaning vehicle; the cleaning vehicle is provided with a lifting assembly used for driving the cleaning frame to move in the vertical direction, and the cleaning frame is provided with a cleaning assembly used for cleaning sundries on the road surface and a recycling assembly used for collecting the cleaned sundries. The problem that pavement sundries affect the quality of finished asphalt pavements can be solved.
