The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt fertilizer treatment, in particular to asphalt pavement recycling and crushing pretreatment equipment which comprises a damping base, a pretreatment box is mounted above the damping base through bolts, and a feeding port is formed in the top of the pretreatment box in a penetrating mode; a first-stage crushing mechanism and a second-stage crushing mechanism are sequentially arranged in the pretreatment box body; the first-stage crushing mechanism and the second-stage crushing mechanism are arranged, and a filter frame is driven to slide up and down on the inner wall of the pretreatment box body by matching with the filter assembly and a material pushing air cylinder, so that small-amplitude vibration is generated to be in an inclined state; small crushed asphalt falls onto the first-stage crushing mechanism from the filter screen to be continuously processed, and large asphalt blocks are discharged outwards from the first-stage discharge port, so that centralized collection and re-crushing are facilitated, and the crushing degree of the asphalt is improved.
