The invention provides a push-type walking pushing construction method for a truss girder, which comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation work: a pushing mechanism and a system conversion mechanism are mounted at two ends of a bearing beam, the pushing mechanism is composed of a horizontal jack, a pawl, a counter-force seat, a sliding shoe, an MGB sliding plate, a spherical crown and a rubber pad, and the system conversion mechanism is mounted on the bearing beam; the system conversion mechanism is composed of two 1500t two-dimensional jacks and a distribution beam, and a truss beam is placed on a rubber pad on a spherical crown; the lengths of the bearing beam and the slide way can be prolonged according to actual engineering requirements, long-distance continuous pushing of the truss girder can be achieved, the horizontal jack is adopted for pre-tightening before pushing, the gap error between a pawl bracket and an orifice is eliminated, the synchronous control problem of pushing operation is solved, and due to the fact that synchronous control is guaranteed, the pushing efficiency is improved. Due to the fact that pushing is not synchronous, generated large horizontal force is small, design of the temporary piers is facilitated, cost is saved, and the construction safety risk of the technology is low.
