The method comprises the following steps that S1, mechanical arrangement is conducted; s2, earthwork excavation: excavating earthwork by a crawler wheel bucket excavator, and excavating earthwork at a complex structure by a common excavator; s3, earthwork is conveyed, specifically, the earthwork is continuously conveyed to a belt conveyor through a conveying belt assembled on the crawler wheel bucket excavator; s4, earthwork compression, wherein earthwork enters a compression bin, and the earthwork is compacted through a hydraulic roller structure; s5, earthwork filling is conducted, specifically, when earthwork is compacted and reaches the loading capacity of a hopper of the muck truck, a bottom plate of the compression bin is opened, and the earthwork enters the muck truck; s6, vehicle washing: after loading is completed, a washing device is automatically started to wash the vehicle, and after washing is completed, the muck vehicle is driven out; and S7, the vehicles are guided to enter, after earthwork is compressed again, the rear vehicles are guided to enter the position below the compression filling device, and the steps S5 and S6 are repeated.
