The invention discloses a novel sheet-pile combined pile construction method, and belongs to the technical field of pile foundation construction.The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, according to soil layer attributes, the pile sinking depth of a pile body and the insertion depth and angle of a reinforcing component are determined, and a wall hole is formed in the corresponding position of the pile body; s2, assembling a reinforcing mechanism, wherein the reinforcing mechanism comprises a reinforcing plate, a guide device and a power device, and one end of the reinforcing plate is a clamping end; the power device is electrically connected with an external power supply device; the guiding device is arranged on the reinforcing plate, the power device is arranged on the side face, away from the reinforcing plate, of the clamping piece, and an integrated structure is formed; and S3, the reinforcing mechanism is hoisted into a designated position in the pile body, the other end of the reinforcing plate is adjusted to be aligned with the wall hole, and then the power device is controlled to push the reinforcing plate to penetrate through the wall hole until the reinforcing plate is pushed out of the pile body. The method is easy to operate, the vertical bearing capacity and the horizontal bearing capacity of the pile foundation can be effectively improved by driving the reinforcing plates around the pile body, and the construction difficulty and the construction cost of the pile foundation are reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型板桩组合桩施工方法,属于桩基础施工技术领域,该施工方法包括如下步骤:S1:根据土层属性,确定桩体的沉桩深度和增强部件的插入深度和角度,并且在桩体的相应位置开设壁孔;S2:组装增强机构:增强机构包括增强板、导向装置和动力装置,增强板的一端为卡位端;动力装置与外部供电装置电连接;将导向装置装设在增强板上,动力装置设置在卡位件远离增强板的侧面上,形成一体的结构;S3:将增强机构吊入桩体内的指定位置,调整增强板的另一端对准壁孔,然后控制动力装置推动增强板穿过壁孔至推出桩体。本发明操作简单,通过在桩体周围打入增强板,能够有效地提高桩基竖向承载力和水平承载力,降低桩基施工难度和施工成本。
