The invention relates to the technical field of road rainwater drainage, in particular to an anti-blocking and odor-resistant rainwater grate and a using method thereof.The anti-blocking and odor-resistant rainwater grate comprises a grate outer frame, a plurality of grate groups and a flow control system, the grate groups are arranged in the grate outer frame and comprise fixed grates and movable grates, the fixed grates are fixedly connected with the grate outer frame, and the movable grates are fixedly connected with the grate outer frame; the movable grate bars are movably connected with the grate outer frame; the flow control system comprises a flow meter and a control box, the signal output end of the flow meter is connected with the input end of the control box, the flow meter is connected with the grate outer frame, and the movement of the movable grate section is controlled by the control box; in a sunny day mode, the movable grid section and the fixed grid section are of a plane plate-shaped structure. By arranging the movable grate bars movably connected with the grate outer frame, the rainwater grate can be switched between a sunny day mode and a rainy day mode, and by optimizing the main structure of the rainwater grate, adding the grate bars and the miniature flow meter and through the linkage effect of the grate bars and the miniature flow meter, the anti-blocking and odor-resistant functions of the rainwater grate are achieved.
