By arranging the movable grate bars movably connected with the grate outer frame, the rainwater grate can be switched between a sunny day mode and a rainy day mode, and by optimizing the main structure of the rainwater grate, adding the grate bars and the miniature flow meter and through the linkage effect of the grate bars and the miniature flow meter, the anti-blocking and odor-resistant functions of the rainwater grate are achieved.
