The spiral conveying mechanism is arranged in the middle of the desilting body, and the drill bit body is arranged in front of the desilting body. The drill bit main body comprises a plurality of supporting parts, the supporting parts are fixedly connected with the drill bit main body and the desilting main body respectively, and the desilting main body can drive the drill bit main body and the supporting parts to rotate at the same time; a plurality of rotary excavating tool bits are further arranged on the supporting part, the rotary excavating tool bits are movably and electrically connected with the supporting part, and the rotary excavating tool bits rotate to conduct rotary excavating and desilting.
