The invention provides a welding-free pipe type steel structure splicing structure and a splicing method.The splicing structure comprises a core cylinder, a medicine bag and an outer fixing cylinder, a first clamping groove is formed in the outer wall of the core cylinder, and a second clamping groove is formed in the outer wall of the outer fixing cylinder; the core cylinder is used for being connected with protruding parts on the inner side walls of a first pipe fitting and a second pipe fitting to be connected through the first clamping grooves, the outer fixing cylinder is used for being connected with protruding parts on the outer side walls of the first pipe fitting and the second pipe fitting to be connected through the second clamping grooves, a plurality of medicine holes are formed in the outer side wall of the outer fixing cylinder, and the medicine bags are arranged in the medicine holes. The outer fixing cylinder is used for releasing grouting materials or metal glue under the extrusion of the pressure bolt and extruding the grouting materials or the metal glue into a fitting gap between the outer fixing cylinder and the first pipe fitting and the second pipe fitting; the outer fixing cylinder, the core cylinder and the to-be-connected steel structure form a mortise and tenon joint structure for mechanical connection, the welding process is omitted, the working procedure is simple, the implementation difficulty is low, and the construction time is greatly shortened.
