The invention relates to the technical field of building structures, in particular to a modular assembly type steel structure system which comprises a support module, the support module comprises lower steel bars, upper steel bars and stand columns installed between the lower steel bars and the upper steel bars, and the steel bars and the lower steel bars are both fixed to the stand columns; the lower reinforcing steel bar is provided with a mounting opening for inserting the stand column, an inserting column is rotatably mounted in the mounting opening, and the stand column is provided with an inserting opening for inserting the inserting column; the lower reinforcing steel bar is provided with a traction mechanism which is used for traction and vertical insertion into the mounting opening. According to the modular assembly type steel structure system, the traction structure can pull the stand column and enable the insertion column to be in insertion fit with the insertion opening, so that the stand column can be aligned with the mounting opening and inserted into the mounting opening in the downward moving process, and the position of the stand column can be conveniently fixed through a first bolt; connection between the stand column and the lower steel bar is added, and the stability after the stand column and the lower steel bar are fixed is further improved.
