Anti-cracking device for ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) batten partition wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an ALC batten partition wall anti-cracking device and a construction method thereof.The device is applied to the joint of two adjacent ALC batten partition walls and comprises a connecting piece, a first fixing piece, a second fixing piece, a first expansion bolt and a second expansion bolt; the first expansion bolt and the second expansion bolt are respectively arranged in the two partition walls; a fixing hole and a guide hole are formed in the connecting piece; the first fixing piece penetrates through the fixing hole from one side of the connecting piece and is connected to the first expansion bolt; the aperture of the guide hole is gradually reduced from one end close to the fixing hole to one end far away from the fixing hole; the outer diameter of the second fixing piece is gradually increased from the first end to the second end; the first end of the second fixing piece penetrates through the guide hole from one side of the connecting piece and is connected to the second expansion bolt. The initial screwing-in position of the second fixing piece is the end, away from the fixing hole, of the guide hole, and the final penetrating position is the other end. Prestress is applied to two adjacent partition walls, wall seam cracking is effectively prevented, potential safety hazards are eliminated, and normal use of the partition walls is guaranteed.
