The invention discloses a rail type unit curtain wall system capable of achieving indoor side installation and an installation method. The system comprises interlayer supporting steel frames overhung on all interlayer main structures, a plurality of unit body plates are installed between every two vertically-adjacent interlayer supporting steel frames, and the outdoor sides of the interlayer supporting steel frames are connected with interlayer stone panels in a hung mode. The interlayer supporting steel frame is arranged on the interlayer main body structure in the left-right direction in a full-length mode. The bottom of the interlayer supporting steel frame is provided with an upper rail and the top is provided with a lower rail. Upper sliding pieces are arranged at the tops of the unit body plates, and lower sliding pieces are arranged at the bottoms. The unit body plate slides along the lower rail through the lower sliding piece arranged on the small tackle at the bottom of the unit body plate to be installed in place, and the upper sliding piece at the top of the unit body plate slides in the upper rail in the sliding process. After installation is in place, the unit body plate and the adjacent plate are fixed in an inserted mode, and the upper sliding piece and the upper rail and the lower sliding piece and the lower rail are fixed in a limited mode. By means of the rail design, sliding installation of the unit body plates from the indoor side of the main body structure is achieved.
本发明公开了一种可实现室内侧安装的轨道型单元式幕墙系统及安装方法。系统包括悬挑于各层间主体结构的层间支撑钢架,上下相邻两个层间支撑钢架间安装多个单元体板块,层间支撑钢架室外侧挂接层间石材面板。层间支撑钢架沿左右方向在层间主体结构上通长设置。层间支撑钢架底部通长设有上轨道而顶部设有下轨道。单元体板块顶部设有上滑件而底部设有下滑件。单元体板块借由自身底部置于小滑车上的下滑件沿下轨道滑移被安装到位,在滑移过程中单元体板块自身顶部的上滑件在上轨道内滑移。安装到位后,单元体板块与邻接板块插接固定外,上滑件与上轨道及下滑件与下轨道间限位固定。本发明借由轨道设计实现了从主体结构室内侧对单元体板块的滑移安装。
