High-flatness mounting method for oversized rock plate
The invention provides a high-flatness mounting method for an oversized rock plate. The high-flatness mounting method comprises the following steps: (a) paying off an original wall surface to find out a flatness datum point; (b) embedding an expansion bolt at the intersection of the transverse line and the vertical line of the original wall surface; (c) punching a steel plate to enable the through holes in the steel plate to correspond to the expansion bolts, and enabling the steel plate to be transversely inserted into the expansion bolts through the through holes so as to be mounted on the expansion bolts; (d) the flatness of the steel plate is adjusted by referring to the flatness datum point, and the steel plate and the expansion bolt are welded together; the parts, exceeding the surface of the steel plate, of the expansion bolts are removed and then polished to be flat; (e) repeating the steps (c) to (d); and (f) coating mixed glue on the surfaces of the wall surface base layer and the rock plate. In this way, the flatness and installation firmness of the rock plates can be guaranteed, and the defect that gaps between the rock plates are not uniform is overcome.
