The invention provides a novel wall post-cast strip single-side formwork strengthening system and a construction method, the novel wall post-cast strip single-side formwork strengthening system is used for wall post-cast strip single-side formwork erecting, the novel wall post-cast strip single-side formwork strengthening system comprises a formwork, an embedded screw, a supporting device and a fastening device, the supporting device comprises two horizontal rods and a vertical rod arranged between the horizontal rods, the supporting device is used for supporting the formwork, and the fastening device is used for fastening the formwork; the two ends of the supporting device are arranged on the wall bodies on the two sides of the post-cast strip through embedded screws. The fastening device comprises a connecting piece and a fixing piece, one end of the connecting piece is connected with the supporting device, the other end of the connecting piece extends towards the interior of the post-cast strip to be connected with the fixing piece, and the fixing piece is perpendicular to and abuts against a vertical steel bar on the post-cast strip. The post-cast strip steel bars, the formwork and the supporting device are connected through the fastening device, the overall stability of a formwork supporting and reinforcing system is improved, and the phenomena of formwork expansion, slab staggering and slurry leakage during concrete pouring are avoided; meanwhile, construction procedures are simplified, operation is easy and convenient, consumed materials are few, and the construction period and cost are saved.
