Hanging walking formwork system for concrete floor post-cast strip
The invention relates to a hanging walking formwork system for a concrete floor post-cast strip. Comprising a walking track and two walking lifting devices, wherein the walking track is laid on floors on the two sides of the post-cast strip and extends in the length direction of the post-cast strip, and the two walking lifting devices move along the walking track. The walking lifting device is connected with the supporting cross beam through a tie device penetrating through a reinforcing mesh in the post-cast strip to lift the combined template; the tie device comprises an embedded sleeve combined with the reinforcing mesh and a pull piece arranged in the embedded sleeve in a penetrating mode, the upper end of the pull piece is detachably connected with the walking lifting device, and the tie device further comprises a supporting plate detachably connected with the lower end of the pull piece and used for supporting the supporting cross beam. The walking formwork system is reasonable in structural design, the problems existing in a traditional post-cast strip supporting system are solved, the occupancy rate of the space below a floor slab is effectively reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the material turnover rate is increased, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种混凝土楼板后浇带吊挂行走模板系统。包括铺设在后浇带两侧的楼板上、沿后浇带的长度方向延伸的行走轨道以及沿行走轨道移动的两个行走升降装置,在后浇带的下方设有由托撑横梁托撑的组合式模板,行走升降装置通过贯穿后浇带内钢筋网的拉结装置与托撑横梁连接、对组合式模板进行升降;拉结装置包括与钢筋网结合的预埋套管以及穿设在预埋套管内的拉片,拉片的上端与行走升降装置之间可拆卸连接,还包括与拉片的下端可拆卸连接的、对托撑横梁进行支撑的支撑板。本发明的行走模板系统结构设计合理,解决传统后浇带支撑体系所存在的问题,有效减小楼板下空间的占用率,提高施工效率,提升材料周转率,提升施工质量。
