The invention relates to the technical field of winter concrete construction, in particular to a convenient winter concrete temperature-adjustable heat preservation box which comprises two box bodies located on the two sides of a wall correspondingly. The box body comprises a base, a shell, a heat preservation layer, a heat supply source and an opposite-pulling assembly, the shell is installed on the base, the heat preservation layer is arranged on the inner side of the shell, the heat supply source is arranged on the side, away from the shell, of the heat preservation layer, the heat supply source is electrically connected with an external power source, and the shell is provided with an opening; a heat preservation bin can be formed among the shell, the base and the wall. The opposite-pulling assembly is used for connecting and fixing the two box bodies, and the opposite-pulling assembly enables the sides, close to each other, of the two box bodies to be tightly attached to the wall. The method has the effect of improving the heat preservation and maintenance effect during concrete construction in winter so as to guarantee the strength of the formed concrete.
