According to the scheme, comprehensive and accurate rechecking is guaranteed, effective reinforcing means can be adopted in time according to the rechecking result, potential safety hazards in the rechecking process are avoided, major potential safety hazards still existing after rechecking are eliminated, the reinforcing process is safe and reliable, construction is convenient and fast, and cost is low.
