The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel engineering, in particular to a split mounting type tunnel surrounding rock model lining structure and a pouring method thereof.The split mounting type tunnel surrounding rock model lining structure comprises a base and a double-layer hollow cylinder combination structure inserted into the base; the double-layer hollow cylinder assembly structure comprises a hydraulic system rod piece, a hydraulic telescopic rod, an internal lining mold, an iron gauze, a retaining ring and an external lining mold; after all parts are installed on the base, the top base is installed, and therefore it is guaranteed that the circle center is consistent and the thickness is uniform; meanwhile, the inner lining mold and the outer lining mold have certain thicknesses and cannot deform in the installation process or the pouring process, secondly, the inner lining mold and the outer lining mold are equally divided into three parts, lubricating oil is smeared on the molds, the molds are sequentially dismantled in the mold dismantling process, and finally the diameter of a poured lining is changed by changing the positions of grooves of the inner lining mold and the outer lining mold. And through cooperation of the hydraulic system rod piece and the hydraulic telescopic rod, linings of different heights can be poured.
本发明涉及隧道工程技术领域,具体涉及一种拼装式隧道围岩模型衬砌结构及其浇筑方法,包括底座和插接于底座上的双层空心圆柱组合体结构,双层空心圆柱组合体结构包括液压系统杆件、液压伸缩杆、内部衬砌模具、铁丝网、扣环和外部衬砌模具;先在底座上安装所有零件后,再对顶座进行安装,这样就保证了圆心一致和厚度均匀问题;同时,由于内外部衬砌模具都具有一定厚度,不会在安装过程中或者浇筑过程中发生变形,其次,通过将内外部衬砌模具等分三份,并在模具上涂抹润滑油,在拆模依次拆除模具,最后,通过换内外部衬砌模具的槽的位置,来改变浇筑衬砌的直径,而通过液压系统杆件和液压伸缩杆配合,可以实现浇筑不同高度的衬砌。
