The invention provides a prefabricated and spliced lining structure for an open cut tunnel and a lining construction method. The prefabricated and spliced lining structure comprises a prefabricated lining blocking mechanism and a splicing mechanism. The prefabricated lining partitioning mechanism comprises a middle prefabricated partitioning block, a first prefabricated partitioning block and a second prefabricated partitioning block, wherein the first prefabricated partitioning block and the second prefabricated partitioning block are arranged on the two sides of the middle prefabricated partitioning block correspondingly. The middle prefabricated sub-block is of an I-shaped structure, the two side ends of the middle prefabricated sub-block are connected with the butt joint end of the first prefabricated sub-block through a first butt joint mechanism and are in butt joint with the butt joint end of the second prefabricated sub-block through a second butt joint mechanism correspondingly, and a first pouring area is arranged in the butt joint area of the middle prefabricated sub-block and the first prefabricated sub-block; a second pouring area is arranged in the butt joint area of the middle prefabricated sub-block and the second prefabricated sub-block.
