The invention relates to the field of curing materials, and discloses a sulfate-corrosion-resistant curing material for vertical anti-seepage barrier of a solid waste storage yard and a preparation method and application of the sulfate-corrosion-resistant curing material. The curing material comprises a first component, a second component and a third component; the first component comprises cement; the second component comprises calcium chloride; the third component comprises sulfate reducing bacteria and optional methanogens. According to the curing material disclosed by the invention, a wall body is formed by the curing material prepared from cement and calcium chloride and is matched with methanogens and sulfate reducing bacteria, so that the anti-cracking, anti-seepage and anti-sulfate corrosion capabilities of a barrier wall can be improved, and the service life of the barrier wall is prolonged; and the invasion of pollutants such as heavy metal cations in the solid waste storage yard can be effectively repaired and prevented, and organic pollutants can be degraded.
