The cement adhesive comprises a base material, an auxiliary agent and water, the use amount of the auxiliary agent is 0.1 wt%-1.4 wt% of the base material; the use amount of the water is 16 to 25 weight percent of the base material; the base material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40 to 60 weight percent of Portland cement, 30 to 60 weight percent of porcelain sand and 3 to 10 weight percent of silica powder; the auxiliary agent comprises a polycarboxylic acid compound water reducing agent, an anti-cracking agent, a defoaming agent and polyether modified organic silicon. The cement adhesive prepared by the invention is loaded into a porcelain part, and is subjected to steam curing at 40-50 DEG C for 4-8 hours, the strength of the cement adhesive is greater than or equal to 100 MPa, and the cement adhesive has the characteristics of self-leveling, high mechanical property and moderate elastic modulus, is short in forming time and has a good application prospect.
