High-performance self-leveling cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-performance self-leveling cement characterized by comprising the components in percentage by weight: 50 percent to 94 percent of a silicate cementing material and 6 percent to 50 percent of anti-crack double-fast sulphoaluminate cement. A preparation method of the self-leveling cement comprises the steps: S100, weighing a mixture of special cement clinker and gypsum, water granulated slag, fly ash and mineral powder, mixing, adding a grinding aid, and grinding to obtain the silicate cementing material; S200, weighing anti-crack double-fast sulphoaluminate cement, adding the silicate cementing material, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-performance self-leveling cement; and S300, carrying out a performance test on the high-performance self-leveling cement.The material prepared by the method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the characteristics of small fluidity time-dependent loss, high one-day strength, controllable setting time and thelike, and solves the problems of poor fluidity, insufficient early strength, overlong setting time, drying cracking after self-leveling construction and the like in existing cement.
