The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-transparency wear-resistant glazed brick, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a ceramic blank, pressing the ceramic blank, and drying to obtain a blank layer; (2) applying ground coat on the surface of the green body layer to obtain a ground coat layer; (3) performing ink-jet printing on the surface of the ground coat layer to obtain an ink-jet printing layer; (4) spraying first glaze slip on the surface of the ink-jet printing layer to obtain a first glaze layer; (5) shower-coating second glaze slip on the surface of the first glaze layer to obtain a second glaze layer; (6) spraying third glaze slip on the surface of the second glaze layer to obtain a third glaze layer; and (7) drying, firing in a kiln, and polishing to obtain the high-transmittance wear-resistant glazed brick. According to the scheme, a three-layer glaze system of the first glaze layer, the second glaze layer and the third glaze layer is adopted to form the glazed layer, and the 806-1 frit, the NM-03 frit and the 906X frit are selected to be matched with a specific formula structure, so that the fired glazed brick can give consideration to color development, transparency and wear resistance, and is particularly suitable for dark-color glazed bricks.
本发明公开一种高透耐磨抛釉砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)准备陶瓷坯料,将陶瓷坯料进行压制,干燥后得到坯体层;(2)在坯体层表面施加底釉,得到底釉层;(3)在底釉层的表面进行喷墨印花,得到喷墨印花层;(4)在喷墨印花层的表面淋涂第一釉浆,得到第一釉层;(5)在第一釉层的表面淋涂第二釉浆,得到第二釉层;(6)在第二釉层的表面淋涂第三釉浆,得到第三釉层;(7)干燥后入窑烧制,抛光后即得到所述高透耐磨抛釉砖。本方案中采用第一釉层、第二釉层和第三釉层三层釉料体系形成抛釉层,选用806‑1熔块、NM‑03熔块和906X熔块配合特定的配方结构,使烧成后的抛釉砖能够兼顾发色、透明度和耐磨性能,尤其适用于深色抛釉砖。
