The stirring mechanism is arranged to stir the heated coating, so that the coating heated by the heating mechanism is more uniformly heated, local caking of the coating caused by high heating temperature of some places and low temperature of some places is avoided, a stirring assembly drives a scraper to rotate in the stirring barrel in the direction opposite to a stirring plate, and the coating is more uniformly stirred. According to the coating stirring device, the coating adhered to the inner wall of the stirring barrel is scraped, meanwhile, the coating is stirred more uniformly, the stirring efficiency is higher, the coating on the inner wall of the stirring barrel can be scraped off by the scraping plate when the stirring barrel is cleaned after the coating stirring device is used, and a worker can clean the coating stirring device more conveniently.
