The invention discloses a support-free dismantling device and dismantling method for a concrete inner support. The support-free dismantling device comprises a supporting main beam dismantling assembly used for dismantling a supporting main beam and a supporting secondary beam dismantling assembly used for dismantling a supporting secondary beam. The supporting secondary beam dismantling assembly comprises a pulling mechanism and hanging rings, the pulling mechanism is pulled between adjacent supporting secondary beam sections to be dismantled and supporting secondary beam sections not to be dismantled, the hanging rings are pre-buried on a supporting secondary beam, and each supporting secondary beam section to be dismantled is provided with one hanging ring; the supporting main beam dismantling assembly comprises a cantilever mechanism and a hanging ring, the two ends of the cantilever mechanism are fixed to the two ends of the supporting main beam section to be dismantled, and the two ends of the cantilever mechanism are in lap joint with the non-dismantled supporting main beam sections at the two ends of the supporting main beam section to be dismantled; a plurality of hanging rings are pre-buried on the supporting main beam, and each to-be-dismantled supporting main beam section is provided with a hanging ring.
