INSTALLATION METHOD OF MONO-PILE FOUNDATION FOR OFFSHORE WIND POWER GENERATION AND MONO-PILE FOUNDATION FOR OFFSHORE WIND POWER GENERATION
To provide an installation method of a mono-pile foundation for offshore wind power generation and the mono-pile foundation for the offshore wind power generation allowing installation of the mono-pile foundation with high positioning accuracy on a place where bedrock or hard ground is exposed and on the sea bottom ground having a sediment layer thereon.SOLUTION: A elevator-type working platform 16 is installed on a position where a mono-pile is planed to be installed. Next, a casing pipe 29 is attached to a complete rotating excavator 23 installed on the working platform 16, and after a guide hole is pre-drilled to a predetermined depth in bed rock 3, a pile hole 35 is excavated by drilling the guide hole larger in a diameter with a larger diameter drilling device 33 attached on the casing pipe 29. Then, the mono-pile is installed in the pile hole 35 by inserting it in a guide for insertion arranged on the working platform 16. Thereafter, a mono-pile foundation is completed by filling underwater concrete between the pile hole 35 and the mono-pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】岩盤または硬質地盤が露出している場所及びその上に堆積層を有する水底地盤にモノパイル基礎を高い位置精度で施工できる洋上風力発電用のモノパイル基礎の施工方法および洋上風力発電用のモノパイル基礎を提供する。【解決手段】昇降式の作業構台16をモノパイル杭の建込予定位置に据え付ける。次に、作業構台16に据え付けた全周回転掘削機23にケーシングパイプ29を取り付け、岩盤層3の所定の深さに達するガイド孔を先行削孔した後、ケーシングパイプ29に拡径掘削装置33を取り付け、ガイド孔を拡径掘削して杭孔35を掘削する。そして、作業構台16に設置した挿入用ガイドにモノパイル杭を通し、杭孔35に建て込む。その後、杭孔35とモノパイル杭との間に水中コンクリートを充填してモノパイル基礎を完成する。【選択図】図7
